Tashlich
the water glistens here in an odd shade of forgiveness
invitations not wholly understandable are extended
by fish living in the sand
we are fish in this water, surrounded by what we can't see
but recognize
like ancient familiar and vague mysteries
something like knowing the primordial moment of
budding fingers in translucent skin
invitations
too raw to neglect
too close to be embraced so
there is just unity of form
intentions
definitions of abstract movement
directed in only the finest contradictions
removing definition
or clarity
except that somehow...
we find clarity
beneath these glistening sparks
calling out to us
in strange shades of forgivness
transcendence by descent
No superlative is adequate.
